I essentially took the original TeX source files that Michael J. Roberts is now distributing and ran them through an automatic conversion utility - LaTeX2HTML 96.1 (Feb 5, 1996) by Nikos Drakos. Unfortunately the conversion results were somewhat erratic, so I had to spend a lot of time fixing them up by hand to make them readable and aesthetically consistent. Please let me know if you find any problems.

This is the version without curly typographer's quotation marks. If you want the one that uses non-standard curly quotes, supported by some browsers, check out:
